Management development training – team interaction workshops
A two-day workshop in which we work through a case study, or a live issue (relevant to the team, provided by their organisation) with the team, guiding them through the team interaction process from information gathering and listening openly to all sides of an issue and all opinions to idea generation and building and the creation of powerful team concepts and solutions.
This is an extremely effective way of integrating a new team, setting up a project team or driving synergy within established teams. It breaks down communication barriers and builds skill in key high performance behaviours: empathy, teamwork, concept formation and conceptual flexibility.
This course can be preceded by a one day master class on “team basics” covering the stages of team development, team roles, accountability and responsibility within the team and decision making in teams.

Management skills training (team development ) - ThoughtLeader
A great way of getting an in-depth assessment of a team’s strategic abilities is via a ThoughtLeader simulation. The members of the team undergo a computer based simulation where their responses are observed and their ability is assessed. Depending on the depth of profile required and the aim of the assessment either an overall team profile showing strengths and weaknesses of the team as a whole in their planning, decision making and crisis management is generated or, in addition, each individual within the team can be profiled in a further breakdown of the team profile.
