CHPD executive chairman talks leadership

CHPD's executive chairman, Chris Parry, is featured on a new website dedicated to women in business.  Chris talks candidly about the challenges she has faced as a business leader and how she has succeeded in keeping the values of CHPD strong during a period of growth.

The website, http://www.diva-biz.com/, is a web-based mentoring and leadership forum for professional women  Some of the UK’s top female business leaders talk on video about their “heartfelt” experiences.  Fiona Price founded the site earlier this year.

In her interview, Chris explains how her father influenced her 'anything is possible' attitude and how she has grown CHPD from a four-person operation in 1996 to the multi-million pound business it is today.
