Birthe Mester is managing director of business development at CHPD and a former German diplomat with 12 years experience in strategic consultancy.

Birthe has extensive knowledge and understanding of different cultures having worked across Europe, Central Asia and North America. Her industry experience includes a wide spectrum of global clients such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, and energy companies. She consults with international NGOs and the public sector.

Birthe specialises in developing bespoke leadership frameworks, gender and cultural diversity, leadership assessment and development and role profiling.

She has a bachelors degree in civil and business administration and is bi-lingual in English and German.
