Pip has worked within business development for the last eight years. She has extensive experience working in partnership with clients to identify and implement learning and development solutions.

Prior to joining CHPD, Pip worked as a political correspondent and member of the Westminster lobby, during which time she covered a wide range of domestic and foreign assignments. 

Her business management experience has been gained in a variety of management positions across Europe, including the role of human resources director within the UK retail sector.
