Tony is non-executive director at CHPD and is recognised globally as one of the leading experts in leadership, team and organisational development.

Chris Parry

Chris Parry is executive chairman at CHPD and took on the role of chief executive in January 2008. She has more than 15 years experience of business consulting, management development and executive coaching across a wide range of industry sectors.

Jim Tapper

Jim is managing director of CHPD and has extensive experience of international consulting.
