Corporate social responsibility

We established our corporate social responsibility initiative, The ConnectTeam, in 2006. Our focus is to give something back to our community and improve our impact upon the environment.

Through our relationship with School-Home Support, we are working to provide affordable leadership development opportunities to assist our nominated charity in its development and growth, effective working and retention of staff.

In 2008, we are extending our Community Connection project to include mentoring and head teacher coaching in secondary schools.

We have recently received a certificate from Southwark Education Business Alliance (EBA) in recognition of our work on the children's reading scheme and mentoring scheme.

The ConnectTeam is proud of its achievements and is committed to making a positive difference to our staff, community and environment.
