Leadership Development Consultant

Leadership development consultants deliver training and development solutions to our existing client base together with project management of that delivery.

The role demands considerable experience in the areas of leadership development, organisational development, performance management and change management. You will be committed to the quality of the delivery ranging from foundation leadership programmes through to programmes using our High Performance Behaviours.

The programmes vary in size and complexity; from graduates through to senior management and taking place in a variety of client specified locations.

You would have full responsibility for the end-to-end management of programmes and take a lead role in the delivery of those programmes. This will include liaising with the client and client director to ensure the solution fully matches their requirements and co-ordinating with the client services team to ensure the timely, quality production of materials.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and development of coaching and development programmes
  • Personal delivery of programmes and workshops
  • Quality management of the programmes delivered
  • End-to-end management of programmes
