Rita Weiss

Rita has held leadership positions herself and has coached over 500 executives from major global corporations.

With specialized expertise in cross-cultural coaching, team-building and leadership development Rita has coached managers and executives from around the world, including the UK, Western and Eastern Europe, India, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Extending her corporate expertise to the academic environment, Rita has been an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Manhattanville College, where she has taught courses on Leadership and Teams.

Rita holds a B.A. in Slavic Languages from SUNY Binghamton and an M.A. in Linguistics from Indiana University. Rita has completed a two-year Executive Coach training program and is certified to deliver 360 feedback and diagnostic assessments to evaluate leadership competencies and design leadership development programs.
