Paul Vanderbroeck is a consultant with the Centre for High Performance Development. Paul has over twenty years’ international experience in leadership development and coaching.
Paul has previously held executive positions in human resources and talent management with several blue chip multinational companies. Paul has lived and worked in the US, France, Germany and the Netherlands. He consults widely across industry sectors and has extensive experience coaching individual executives and senior teams.
Paul lectures in organisational behaviour at several business schools and is a regular author of articles in the areas of leadership development and talent management.
Paul holds a BA, MA and PhD in History. He is certified in numerous psychometric tests, assessment, selection and 360° feedback processes as well as being a certified coach. Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He has been trained in consulting to groups at the Tavistock Institute.
