Gene Mage

Gene is a senior client partner and coach with the Centre for High Performance Development. Gene has a 20 year record of accomplishment as a business leader and leadership development professional.

Prior to joining CHPD, Gene ran a consulting firm for seven years. Prior to this Gene served for 12 years in international marketing and global leadership development with a major Fortun 500 high-technology company. During his tenure, Gene headed up the company's internal consulting group serving R&D, manufacturing and commercial operations around the world.

Gene is the author of two books and has published more than 200 articles on leadership and management, with work appearing in major publications such as HR Magazine and Association Management Magazine. Gene holds an MBA with distinction from Cornell University.
