Deborah Hays-Nowak

Deborah Hays-Nowak is a consultant and certified professional coach with the CHPD.She has over 13 years of experience of consulting and coaching across a diverse range of industries, working with senior leaders and their teams from the UK, Europe, North and South America, the Far East and Asia.

Deborah’s passion is coaching. She likes to adopt an inside-out approach to understand the fundamental values and beliefs of her clients and how this affects the way they think, feel and behave in achieving their goals. She is an effective listener who asks powerful questions to enable her clients to get to root causes, break through barriers, gain new insights and develop alternative perspectives and possibilities about what they can do differently to improve their performance. She is quietly challenging, whilst also building self awareness and confidence during her sessions.

Deborah is an HR professional and certified professional coach with over 25 years of experience in learning and development. She studied with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching which is accredited by the ICF and is now pursuing further accreditation with the ICF. She also has a Master’s degree in Management Learning and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She is qualified at level A and B with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
