Simon Foster

Simon has been coaching executives at all levels from CEO to first line manager in both public and private sectors for the last 10 years. He has worked with individuals during company acquisition, mergers and integrations.

Simon has a particular talent when coaching to enable clients to look at issues in a different way, finding new perspectives to unblock problems. He has had particular success working with people who feel that they have reached a frustrating plateau in their career, as well as helping them transition smoothly into a new role.

Simon is a member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) and subscribes to the AC code of ethics. He is a fluent French speaker with experience of living and working in France.
