Lorna McDowell
Lorna is an executive leadership coach with over 20 years’ international experience. She is a coaching supervisor and a sought-after resource for strategising, supporting and mentoring internal change management projects, unlocking complex cultural challenges and rolling out coaching cultures.
Lorna ran her own business for ten years and she brings a mix of entrepreneurial attitude and the practical knowledge of behaviours of large corporations to her work.
Lorna was voted one of Ireland’s Top 100 Businesswomen (Irish Entrepreneur) in 2007, a finalist in Image magazine Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008 and winner of Network Businesswoman of the Year in 2005. She is also a board director of Coaching Alliance; the alliance of four major coaching associations in Ireland, promoting professionalism and standards in coaching.
Lorna is a member of the Association for Coaching (AC), International Coach Federation (ICF), Marketing Institute Ireland and Institute of Directors. Currently completing a Masters in Organisation Analysis & Leadership, she also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Coaching Supervision; CIM Diploma in Marketing; Diploma in Cognitive and Humanistic Psychotherapy and is certified to conduct a wide range of psychometric assessments.
