Hélène Seiler
Hélène has been coaching and training executives on leadership competencies in North America, Western Europe and South East Asia for 10 years. She is bilingual English / French.
As a leadership coach, Hélène conducts 12 to 18 months individual coaching programs for senior and higher middle management of international organizations.
Hélène is certified to administer the following psychometric assessments: MBTI, Firo B, CPI 260, Workplace Big Five and the following 360 assessments: Benchmarks, Executive Dimensions, Conflict Dynamic Profile. She holds the highest certification level of Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation since 2007. She holds a Master of Science in Management with HEC School of Management since 1987, as well as a Vocational Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching with Newfield Institute since 2010.
Hélène is an Executive Committee Member of the Asia Pacific Association of Coaching and a member of the Malaysian Chapter of the International Coach Federation.
