Deborah MacDonald

Deborah MacDonald is a certified professional coach and seasoned facilitator with more than 25 years' experience in the development of teams and individuals. Deborah's background is in project management. Her background is in project management, organisational development and leadership development.

Currently Deborah is focusing on several workplace team development projects and has a full roster of executive and individual coaching clients. She has also just completed co-authoring a book on team coaching and teaches leadership and coaching skills at a local college.

Deborah holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Coaching and is an accredited Professional Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
