Chris Parry

Chris co-founded the Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) in 1996 and has overseen the growth of CHPD from just three to around 200 people. Chris has always had a passion for coaching and has extensive executive coaching experience across industry sectors and geographies.

Chris focuses primarily at board level or those preparing for board level and is experienced in preparing high potential individuals for the new challenges they will face at the highest level of leadership. She has also provided coaching support for executives and top teams leading their organisations through extensive change and helped leaders develop the sophisticated interpersonal skills required in today’s challenging business world.
