Alan Littlefield

Accredited with the International Coach Federation, Alan has coached more than 70 leaders from first line managers to executives.  He can work in a solutions-focused way that builds on existing behaviours, or at a transformational level working with values and beliefs.  He enjoys seeing his clients become more motivated because they feel purposeful and have created new possibilities for themselves.

Alan has worked across a range of industries including financial services, professional services (HR and IT), sales, pharmaceuticals, transport, media and the public sector.  He has also coached internationally working with leaders in Europe, Asia and North America.
