Monday is International Women’s Day (8 March 2010) and to celebrate we’ve brought together our women in leadership experts for a free webinar. With the UK government about to make its Equality Bill law, there’s never been a more important time to address diversity issues in the workplace.

This webinar will explore the latest thinking on diversity and inclusion, including:
- the differences between male and female characteristics of leadership and how this translates in the workplace
- how diagnostics tools can be used to support an organisational diversity strategy
- how development solutions can address female attraction, retention and succession
CHPD is working with a number of major UK organisations to address the challenges of creating a diverse workforce and continues to actively research the issue of women leaders in business. Co-founder of CHPD, Chris Parry is currently in the middle of a research project about women in leadership in the Middle East which is due to be published later on this year.
If you’d like to join the webinar, please email Jodie.evans@chpd.com and she’ll send you the dial in details. Please feel free to pass this onto any colleagues you think may be interested too.
