CHPD views featured in Qatar Tribune article
Both Phil Braybrooke and Chris Parry from CHPD have been heavily quoted in a Qatar Tribune article published on Saturday 10 October 2009. Phil and Chris presented at a recent Doha conference on managing local talent.
At the conference, Chris both presented and took part in a panel discussion about women in leadership. With the UAE having the highest rate of females in higher education in the entire world, women's role in business and economic development is of great importance.
In the Qatar Tribune article, Chris explains how high profile female leaders in the GCC can act as role models to younger women in the region.
Phil Braybrooke led a workshop on turning national employees into the leaders of tomorrow at the Doha conference. In the Qatar Tribune article, he outlined the opportunity open to the Middle East to diversify its leaders to ensure prosperity continues beyond the oil and gas industries.
Both presentations from the conference are available on request from CHPD. Simply email info@chpd.com and request the presentations from the Doha Managing Local Talent conference.
