Dealing with paradoxes revealed as major challenge for HR in new CHPD white paper
Leadership development consultancy, the Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD), has published a new white paper analysing the latest leadership theories and predicting future challenges for HR.
Researched and written by Dr Nigel Guenole, Dr Mark Woodhouse and Sue Braybrooke all from CHPD, the report covers three main areas:
- The latest leadership research – what requires immediate attention and what should be avoided
- The future challenges for HR – the paradoxes of issues such as Generation X and Y, differing short term and long term demands and the need to drive engagement in times of limited resources
- The practical implications - what the latest research and predicted future challenges mean for HR professionals today
Dr Nigel Guenole said: "With so much new research and information being published about leadership and talent management, it can be hard for business leaders to keep up to date. This white paper summarises the key trends and provides some useful direction for talent strategies going forward."
The white paper is free and can be obtained by emailing CHPD at info@chpd.com and requesting the Leadership Research white paper.
