Chris Parry, executive chairman of CHPD and Capital H Group and Phil Brayrbooke, internatinonal business development director at CHPD, presented at a recent Doha conference on managing local talent.

Chris both presented and took part in a panel discussion about women in leadership. With the UAE having the highest rate of females in higher education in the entire world, women's role in business and economic development is of great importance.

Phil led a workshop on turning national employees into the leaders of tomorrow.
