CHPD to speak at NHS London board event

Dr Mark Woodhouse, senior client partner, at the Centre for HIgh Performance Development (CHPD) will be presenting a session on board assessment at the upcoming NHS London Board Development Master Class and Market Day.

Dr Woodhouse's presentation will look at which assessment tools are robust and relevant to use among boards and how boards should be developed. It will include insights gained from CHPD's research into what makes a high performing leader and a successful team.

This NHS London event is part of a Leading for Health initiative which aims to ensure that all London NHS boards are equipped with the skills and knowledge to become high performing teams and deliver on the strategic challenges they face.
