CHPD offers free coaching to chose charities during International Coaching Awareness Week 2010 (7-13 February 2010)
As part of its commitment to the community and charitable causes, CHPD is offering free coaching sessions to its chosen charities. Each charity can benefit from a one and a half hour coaching session with one of CHPD's senior coaches.
The free coaching was the brainchild of head coach at CHPD, Alan Littlefield. He said: "Each year, we work with a small number of charities, offering our services and raising funds. We know that even a brief coaching session can reveal some amazing insights.
"Taking just an hour out of the day to reflect on strategy and how the teams are working can be very beneficial. This is the first time we’ve offered coaching to our charities, but International Coaching Awareness Week seemed like the ideal time."
