Best Companies award (09.02.2009)

Leadership development consultancy, the Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD), has received a one star, first class award in the Best Companies 2009 accreditation.

The accreditation is given in recognition of strong employee engagement and satisfaction.  It is based on scores from an extensive questionnaire completed by staff which measures  engagement across the organisation.

Jim Tapper, managing director at CHPD, welcomed the news of the accreditation: “The engagement and well-being of our people is very important to us, so I’m delighted we’ve been recognised in this way.  I think it’s also important for our clients to see that we do try to practice what we preach when it comes to leadership and people management.”
