CHPD and its coaches receive Association for Coaching membership
The Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) has become an organisational member of the Association for Coaching (AC) and CHPD coaches have been recognised as members of the Association.
The AC is one of the leading independent and non-profit making professional bodies aimed at promoting best practice and raising the awareness and standards of coaching. Membership of the AC acknowledges the expertise of the diverse range of coaches CHPD offers its clients.
Having coached for more than five years, CHPD’s Alan Littlefield, who leads coaching services at CHPD, explains why CHPD decided to apply for the AC membership: “Coaching is a key part of our leadership development offering, but we recognise that membership offers our clients a short-hand reassurance of the high standards under which we operate.
“Coaching is an increasingly important part of our integrated leadership solutions. Particularly in today’s economic environment, coaching can offer a very focused and cost-effective development solution. Our intention is for many more of our coaches to become members of the AC.”
