This five-day programme offered by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) provides HR professionals with the skills and knowledge to take on this role.
Who is it for?
Senior HR professionals who are involved in defining, shaping and implementing HR strategy and have a desire to develop the leadership skills, tools and techniques underpinning cutting edge thinking in the HR arena.
Availability and cost
This course is a five-day programme split into a three-day and then two-day modules. We have a number of spaces left for programmes running on 27 – 29 October and 16 – 17 December. Cost £3,295 +VAT or £3,660+VAT for non-members.
Duration
The programme is designed to take eight weeks to complete.
