The Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD), has conducted extensive research into leadership and the issues facing women in leadership globally. A new study, focused in the Middle East is now underway. The study explores the success factors of Arab female leaders and the barriers facing women's progression into leadership roles. This webinar explores the early findings of this new research.
