Webinar: Women in Leadership in the Middle East

 

The Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD), has conducted extensive research into leadership and the issues facing women in leadership globally. A new study, focused in the Middle East is now underway. The study explores the success factors of Arab female leaders and the barriers facing women's progression into leadership roles. This webinar explores the early findings of this new research.

This webinar will explore the latest thinking on diversity and inclusion. Examining:

  • the differences between male and female characteristics of leadership and how this translates in the workplace
  • how diagnostic tools can be used to support an organizational diversity strategy
  • how development solutions can address female attraction, retention and succession
