Business performance in the Middle East

We were recently invited by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce to talk about the impact of leadership on business performance and our work in the Middle East. The rapid business growth of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and the impact on leadership is a familiar one to CHPD.

Many businesses undergo three distinct periods of growth: initial rapid growth, plateauing either decline or resurgent growth. The leadership of a business will have a significant impact at each stage. The challenge for any businesses is having the right people to drive performance.
