Sue Braybrooke

Sue heads the team at CHPD responsible for the maintenance and development of CHPD’s intellectual property. This includes the development of client-led solutions and CHPD’s ‘research lab’ that keeps our business at the forefront of innovative thinking in leadership development and learning.
Sue combines this role with leadership of the consultant teams who deliver solutions for our clients. She also coaches and delivers develpment programmes, which ensures she is always in touch with clients and their needs.
Sue holds an MSc in Strategic HR & Development. Prior to joining CHPD, Sue held senior positions within retail banking including heading up a group function responsible for management development and succession planning. Sue is also a member of the Association for Coaching.
Sue has been with CHPD since its formation and has held a variety of roles, consulting widely across industry sectors and has international experience, having worked with senior teams in Europe, North and South America.
