Rachel Woolf

Rachel Woolf joined CHPD in 1999 after retiring from four successful years in the Great Britain Women’s Rowing Team.

Rachel first started at CHPD as a consultant where she managed and delivered global leadership programmes across Asia, Europe and the USA. Her time in the USA gave Rachel her first experience of the power of working in partnership with clients to achieve their goals.

Building on this experience Rachel became a client partner in 2002 and a senior client partner in 2006 specialising in maximising the potential of teams and individuals through leadership development programmes, talent management and succession management, women in leadership and inspirational speaking.
