Phil Braybrooke
Phil is international business development director, working with blue chip organisations in the Middle East where he specialises in developing and implementing global leadership development programmes for senior leaders.
Phil started his career at NatWest, working as a senior manager and strategic change consultant, involved in a broad range of businesses including technology and property development. He was heavily involved in the business recovery operation following terrorist attacks in the City of London and subsequently led a team developing business continuity and risk planning at NatWest. Phil went on to lead a team at Coutts, the private bank, where he planned and led a team executing European strategy for entry into the Eurozone.
In 2000, he moved to New York and started up a successful US operation as a director of the firm. In 2004, he returned to the UK, continuing with his responsibility for the US together with development and delivery to clients requiring global complete leadership interventions
Phil recently spent two years as a partner at Mercer Delta where he was responsible for the development of organisational change and learning programmes in the Oil and Gas and Telecoms sectors.
Phil’s collaborative design approach ensures learning solutions are at the heart of business change, enabling individuals to maximise their capabilities as change leaders within today’s testing environment.
Phil holds an MBA from the City of London University and is accredited in the use of the full suite of CHPD diagnostic tools.
