Jim Tapper

Jim has spent most of the last 25 years developing and leading consultancy practices in Europe and the United States.  He has been advising companies on strategies and operational improvements to gain competitive advantage.

Jim has led major corporate change programmes focusing on re-engineering, executive redeployment and personnel development.  Most recently, Jim was managing director of the global energy and utilities practice at Logica plc, leading more than 3,000 professionals in strategic direction, business development, solution and service development and systems integration for the £470 million business.

During his career Jim spent a number of years in Accenture’s strategy and business architecture practice, based in London and advising companies around the world.  He also was managing director of Novera Energy, a major renewable energy generator in the UK.
