Chris has overseen the growth of CHPD from just three to around 200 people. The organisation is now owned by Capital H Group and has representation in Singapore, India, the US and Australia.
Prior to establishing CHPD, Chris was a senior executive within a major global financial services organisation, heading up a group function responsible for management development.
Chris consults widely across industry sectors and has extensive international experience having worked with senior teams in Europe, North and South America and Asia Pacific.
She is often quoted in the media and speaks regularly at international events on leadership, management and women in leadership.

Chris has a first class honours degree and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA). Outside of work, Chris is a keen golfer and is learning a martial art called Jeet Kune Do.
