Carol Evans

Carol Evans is HR director and joined CHPD in May 2007.  Carol started her career in the technology industry specialising in the installation of finance systems.

During the rapid technological changes in the 80s, Carol set up her own company and for 17 years helped to grow it to a multi-million pound, global organisation employing 350 staff.  Carol’s successful style of HR combines an understanding of people needs with the commercial requirements of the business.

Outside of her business interests Carol uses her skills of the workplace in her role as governor at a Hampshire-based boarding school.   She is also active in the local community and has recently completed a five-year stint as a parish councillor.
